What happens to my phone and digital devices?
They are switched off on arrival and placed in your personal locked Zero Signal box. You keep the only key.
Will participant photos or videos be published?
No. Zero Signal does not publish participant photos or videos from the experience.
Is Zero Signal therapy or a retreat?
No. It is an intentional life experience, not therapy and not a traditional retreat.
What does premium accommodation mean?
A private single-occupancy room during the hotel portion, plus three days / two nights immersed in nature.
Who prepares the meals?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are chef-prepared. Dietary needs can be shared in advance.
Which drinks are included?
Water, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Alcohol is not included.
Is the visa included?
Zero Signal handles the standard application process and standard fees, subject to eligibility and immigration approval.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Personal travel insurance is mandatory.
Are international flights included?
No.
Can I come alone?
Yes. The experience is designed to work well for solo participants.
